A key advantage of Terra Way Capital is our ability to offer investors opportunities on a “deal-by-deal” basis. Unlike large institutional funds or REITs, which typically package a group of investments into a portfolio, our opportunities are presented on an individual basis enabling our investors to choose the investments that are most appropriate for their current investment portfolio. This method allows us to focus on offering one high quality deal at a time. Our goal is to build a lasting relationship with our investors and to provide them with a variety of opportunities across multiple real estate sectors to provide long-term portfolio diversification on a hand-selected basis.
Jeffrey was formerly the CFO of a Commercial Real Estate Company, where he managed all aspects of the firm relating to finance, accounting, legal, human resources, insurance, and information technology. His areas of expertise include the placement of large corporate debt, real estate taxation, corporate structures, contract negotiations, and leveraging technology to increase efficiency and productivity across a firm.
Jeffrey maintains active licenses as a Certified Public Accountant, Real Estate Broker, and Insurance Broker, all of which help the firm to analyze and screen potential investments. He is a member of CalCPA, AICPA, National Ethics Association, and the National, California, and Orange County Association of Realtors. He received his MBA in Real Estate & Finance from University of California Irvine with a Certificate in Real Estate and Urban Development and received a fellowship to study through the university’s Center for Real Estate.
Our firm believes strongly in helping those in need. We donate a portion of our profits to the charities Adventist Health International (AHI) and BanglaHelp, where Jeffrey currently serves as the Treasurer.
